Naturopathy Consultations o Personalized dietary recommendations to stabilize blood sugar, improve digestion, and enhance overall well-being. o Herbal remedies and natural supplementation to support emotional and physical healing. 3. Natural Health Nutrition Guidance o Natural health nutrition plan focused on whole foods, anti-inflammatory diets, and gut health. o Education on incorporating nutrient-dense foods, such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats, to support emotional balance and reduce cravings. o Detoxification protocols to support the body’s natural healing processes and reset unhealthy eating habits. 4.
