Service Description
These sessions are designed to support families in improving communication, resolving ongoing challenges, and creating a more respectful and supportive dynamic. Family relationships can become strained due to miscommunication, unresolved conflict, or emotional disconnection. In many cases, patterns develop over time that make it difficult for family members to feel heard, understood, or supported. In our work together, I take a structured and guided approach to help each individual express themselves, while also focusing on how the family functions as a whole. The goal is not only to address individual concerns, but to improve how family members interact, respond, and support one another. These sessions provide a space to work through challenges with clarity, direction, and accountability, while building stronger, healthier relationships within the family system. In these sessions, you can expect: Identification of family patterns and communication dynamics Guided conversations to ensure each voice is heard respectfully Support in managing emotional reactions within the group Tools to improve communication, boundaries, and understanding Each session is structured to create a balanced and productive environment, with a focus on helping the family move forward in a more connected and constructive way. When each member is willing to show up and engage in the process, meaningful change within the family is possible.
Cancellation Policy
At the Montreal Therapy Lifeline Center and through Earlyn Sharpe's online programs, we are committed to creating a respectful, safe, and professional environment that fosters healing and transformation. The following policies apply to all therapy sessions, coaching programs, and group offerings. 📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly ask all clients to provide at least 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment or session (including therapy, coaching, or group check-ins). - Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice will be subject to the full session fee. - No-shows will automatically be charged the full fee to the credit card on file. We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable emergency, please get in touch with us immediately. 💳 Payment Policy All sessions and program enrollments must be paid in full before service delivery. - Credit card information is securely stored and is required to hold your appointment. - For coaching programs, late payments may result in access being paused until payment is received. 📚 Program & Course Terms (e.g., Own Your Body™) By enrolling in one of our coaching programs, including Own Your Body, Rewrite Your Story™, you agree to the following: - This educational and therapy coaching program does not replace clinical treatment or medical advice. - Participants are strongly encouraged to consult with their physician before beginning any program that involves physical, dietary, or emotional changes, especially if they are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a chronic illness, or taking prescription medications. - No health, nutrition, or lifestyle advice in this program is intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. - You are fully responsible for your choices, participation, and the outcomes you create through the program. - For legal and ethical reasons, results are not guaranteed.
