With evening and Saturday availability, you’ll leave each session with strategies you can use immediately to move forward.

    Couple Coaching Therapy

    A 90-minute session designed to help partners slow down, feel heard, and communicate with clarity. Together, we’ll identify patterns that cause tension, introduce simple repair rituals, and create small, doable steps that bring respect and connection back into your relationship. Evening and Saturday appointments are available in NDG/Monkland or online across Quebec & Canada.

    Adult ADHD

    A focused 60-minute session designed to help adults manage ADHD with clarity and confidence. We’ll work on practical strategies to reduce overwhelm, improve focus, and regulate emotions, while building tools for organization and daily structure. Sessions combine coaching techniques with grounding exercises so you can see immediate progress. Offered in-person in NDG/Monkland or online across Quebec & Canada.

    Anger Management

    A 90-minute session that helps you recognize triggers, calm intense emotions, and respond with control instead of regret. Using CBT-based tools, grounding strategies, and clear communication techniques, you’ll learn how to break destructive patterns and create healthier ways of coping. Evening and Saturday appointments available in NDG/Monkland or online across Quebec & Canada.

    Own Your Body: Rewrite Your Story

    A 12-week holistic weight loss and body confidence program designed for women ready to break free from dieting cycles, emotional eating, and self-sabotage. Together we’ll focus on natural nutrition, portion control, mindset reprogramming, and new rituals of self-love. Includes personalized coaching, movement plans, and accountability to help you lose weight, heal your relationship with food, and reclaim your confidence.
